Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE)

A U.S. Department of Education division created in 1972 to award grants for eight types of educational programs to reform postsecondary education by improving career training, introducing new methodology and modern equipment in classrooms, and reforming administrative procedures.
