Cumulative student record

A file containing chronological entries of all data pertaining to a student’s progress throughout his or her years in an individual school. In addition to biographical and family data, the cumulative record contains all data on student health, standardized test results, attendance record, academic records, extracurricular activities, teacher comments and any other pertinent information.
